Refund policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We are pleased to offer returns for online orders purchased at helenkaminski.com under the following conditions.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items must be lodged and returned within 14 days of order delivery.
• Full price items may be returned for refund only.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Customised and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
  

If your return does not comply with our conditions your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

HOW TO RETURN – US ORDERS

1. To request a return please follow the steps on our Returns Portal.

2. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for funds, less the return shipping fee of USD $10 and any original shipping fees to be processed back to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

HOW TO RETURN - INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

1. To request a return please follow the steps on our Returns Portal.

2. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. Please return your item/s to:

Please clearly label the parcel with your order number. We recommend using tracked postage. Please return your order using the original packaging and pack the item carefully so it is not damaged during transit.

3. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for funds to be processed back to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Online orders cannot be exchanged online. Please lodge a return and place a new order online.
